I.NEURISH is a program that targets all three areas of healing. In this setting we resolve the inner child issues, target mental distortion and clarify identity. Lies are uncovered and truth is revealed, to bring an end to cycles. We focus on holistic methods that produce lasting change. We recommend eating and exercise plans that are conducive to the healing required to become a whole version of yourself. In this way the mind is healed, the soul and the body.
